It is. TLOP was hype af and fun and it has highs but this album is so much more introspective and has some of Kanye’s best music since MBDTF

I love both albums and Jesus Lord is top 5 all time Kanye for me but for whatever reason JIK is so great to me I think it does so much in so little runtime

This album distilled into 27 minutes would defo be a conversation but as an hour and 28 minutes it's not as consistent or coherent as JIK

I actually think it would be a lot higher for me if it was a little shorter and was sequenced better id probably do 10 songs in an order sorta like this

I don't like to give out 10s too easily. TPAB, Illmatic, Enter the 36 Chambers, Loveless, Kid A, In the Aeroplane Over the Sea, Black Saint and the Sinner Lady, Entroducing, Hounds of Love, The Glow Pt 2, and Exodus are some other 10s for me just off the top of my head. I'm not sure I have any others.
