I've seen Powerbeats go bad, but I think it was an issue with the cable so hopefully my Powerbeat pros don't have that same issue. I had some Studio Pros nearly a decade ago and those b****es snapped in half when I closed them lmao. Would not trust the cheaper ones.the portability for the airpods are goated though you can't beat their function. best phone headset out there
i have the powerbeats pros(gym), the airpod pros(carrying,calls), airpod max's(all-purpose), hd600's(desktop)
also have some Jaybirds that are cool but the powerbeat pros replaced those, and the max's basically replaced my sennheiser m2's(non BT)
idk why but my airpod pros never seem to have a clear call reception

i'd do a test call using a different bluetooth set if you have one, and then also talking on the phone itself.
