TOO MANY PILLS, SO MUCH POTIONS, SO MUCH PAIN, TOO MANY EMOTIONS
AND EVERYTHING THAT YOU DO GOOD, IT JUST GO UNNOTICED (JESUS)
AND THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU GOOD, TO JUST STAY FOCUSED (LORD)

I SWEAR YOU BROUGHT LIFE TO THE PARTY
TELL ME IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT NEEDS (JESUS, LORD)
TELL ME IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE THAT NEEDS (JESUS, LORD)

I guess we never got this emoji yet
will never forget Khaled trying to bait us into thinking this was recent and not from 2019
I guess we never got this emoji yet

Why is the thread dead :(
The Third LP not only represented Kanye burning down the hell of his past life and ascending into a new life for himself
But also for Donda thread
The point of the Donda drop was not for us to continue h****posting itt and baiting endlessly waiting for someone to post spider p***.
No the point of Donda was acceptance. Acceptance of the clear W that Kanye has over CLB and that our place as defense against the papi mafia is no longer needed. Acceptance of our niche fetishes and how those needs simply can’t be met on a music board. Acceptance of life.
It’s been real Donda thread. I can finally say with peace in my heart.
It’s over.

Donda treads prog-rap water for most of its runtime, but reaches a moment of transcendence near its close. The song "Come To Life" pushes Kanye's voice and spirit to their limit. He sings, beautifully, about wanting another life, and describes his relationship to Kim in that classic, almost Broadway manner that only he can: "I get mad when she gone / Mad when she home / Sad when she gone / Mad when she home." As those piano keys tumble and he describes "floatin' on a silver lining," you can almost visualize him ascending out of that bunker, out of that stadium, into whatever freedom looks like for Kanye these days. Then you remember that he did all that for this deflated balloon of an album, and Kanye comes hurtling back to Earth.

Then you remember there is 10 seconds of manson. Zero Stars!
