If the sequencing simply didn't repeat any songs prior to the bonus section (Remote appears twice on the album before we get to hear Pure Souls and others) I'd say that Deluxe is the official version regardless of whether I agreed with the tracklist. It's not just a Deluxe, which typically just add songs, but a whole new approach to the album to the point that the new songs aren't bonuses, but actual album tracks...which in the case of NAYF and LOTP is what they were always intended to be. Which is why it's a shame that something seems slightly amiss with the sequencing.
