Q3DFeels like there's no good tracklists for this album
I would sequence the album like this:
1. Donda Chant
2. Jail
3. God Breathed
4. Ok Ok
5. Off the Grid
6. Hurricane
7. Moon
8. Praise God
9. Jonah
10. Never Abandon Your Family
11. Donda
12. 24
13. Up From The Ashes
14. Keep My Spirit Alive pt 2
15. Remote Control
16. Believe What I Say
17. New Again
18. Heaven and Hell
19. Jesus Lord
20. Lord I Need You
21. Life Of The Party
22. Pure Souls
23. Come to Life
24. No Child Left Behind
25. Junya pt 2I would cut Jail pt 2, Ok Ok pt 2, Remote Control pt 2, Jesus Lord pt 2, Keep My Spirit Alive pt 1 (I think KayCyy delivers the hook better), Tell The Vision, and Junya pt 1 (I think pt 2 is just pt 1 but better).
With this tracklist, the first half is darker, both thematically and sonically, climaxing with Never Abandon Your Family. The Donda interlude serves as a segue from the first half into the second half, which is much more positive, uplifting, hopeful, and bright, again both thematically and sonically.
And then I think Junya pt 2 serves well as a fun little bonus track after the end of the main album.

Anyone who doesn’t have Donda Chant and No Child Left Behind as the beginning and end just don’t see the vision.The only thing I would argue against is having Hurricane and Moon back to back. When you give them some distance, Moon feels more like a reprise, and it hits more emotionally that way. It’s like yo, we’re gonna revisit this theme having learned more this time around.

And I can see spacing out Hurricane and Moon to feel more like a reprise, but I felt like sonically Moon fits a lot more with the first half of the tracklist I made, and putting it right after Hurricane made the most sense to me
