I think the placement of NAYF before Donda is actually good so I guess I'd put it there.

NAYF really is the only album one, and I agree with you on the placement

Opening with Hurricane-Moon-LOTP is probably better for setting the tone than Jail-God Breathed-Off the Grid. On one hand the old sequence started off energetic and dark like Kanye likes to start most albums since Yeezus, but I like how the new sequence makes it feel more like an album called Donda off the bat. Then again starting with Weeknd and Lil Baby before Ye comes in arguably isn’t ideal
