i’d say tlou2 general gameplay loop is better but rdr2 is a technical achievement.
can’t get over the moving camp mechanic. such a smart way to progress the story. it just took that progression from gta v but did something so much better with it.
managing the camp was fun and sitting down with characters felt so real
the criticisms of the gameplay loop being dated are real and make it hard to replay but the first playthrough blind felt like one of the greatest narrative experiences ever
felt like the great american novel realized into this expansive digital space that was so fun to explore
can’t bring myself to play it on 30fps tho
need next gen upgrade by end of the year

love how the story finished and i was so pleasantly surprised it kept going and tranisitioning into RDR

Rdr2 blew me away, not a game id play again but wow what a technical achievement.
God of War was the game that blew me away before this one and Spidey4 before that

The gameplay was too clunky and it started too slow for me tbh
Made it to chapter 4 before I had to give up. A very disappointing follow up to RDR1, one of the best games I've had the pleasure of playing.

Personally, I have no issue with Drake no longer having bad blood towards Kanye but musically (which is the only interest any fan should), they're not gonna give us any dope music. Meek and Drake had a short history of dope collabs before they fell off. They returned with Going Bad - a f***ing banger. Same with Chris. Returned with a f***ing banger and a classic. Not You Too is also excellent.
Kanye sucks at music and that's been true for years now. I don't need a collab from the two of them because their last two collabs were gutter water.
Drake is more than fine without Kanye and Kanye is more than fine without Drake. I don't really understand this obsession some people have with seeing them be besties.
I can do without Drake taking shots at him on songs because at this point, that's like beating a dead horse but grown men who have differences can settle those differences and remain on their own. Not everytime make up and try to force a friendship. Kanye has shown exactly how he really feels about Drake countless times over the years.
