if I have to skip music on an album that means the album is put together poorly. It should be playable start to finish with no skips and never drag. Would rather have a 40 minute album I can listen to and enjoy the whole way through than a 60 minute album that I have to skip 10 minutes of.

Put the other songs out as loosies or save them for another project. I get wanting to have the most music possible but albums are an artform and Kanye's paid special attention to that in years, that's why he always takes up until the very last second getting the sequencing just right.
