Like nothing off playboi carti's WLR sounds or gets radio play becuase they're not in the Drake, or who ever is popular in hip hop formula but it still culturally makes waves.
I feel like this album will do well it needs time to blossom in the cultural cannon, like people are just coming around to Yeezus

MongrelHeartI dont think these songs need repeating choruses or even drums or even Kanye West vocals to be good. Kanye's an architect, not a rapper. The problem is a lot of these songs are loops of two chords for 80 seconds and then end.

Pure souls the one with roddy rich sounded like late registration Kanye, u guys just didn’t listen or something. The rest of the lyrics were sub par (what the f*** is a junya watanabe?) but that was one of his best verses in a long time it sounded like the Kanye I remember, “I can give every person in the world a dollar”
He’s still got it if he really wants it, but he chooses to mumble and not release stuff instead
