it feels like a TLOP sequel except more abstract and depressing. lots of disjointed sounds and ideas but they all feel unified by this kinda dreary and off putting vibe, very melancholy. even the upbeat songs feel strange. i'm definitely f***ing with it more and more and i agree i'd like if he kept the same essence when it officially comes out, just with more personal stuff like never abandon your family.

this definitely doesn't feel the same as the other delays, to me at least. i'm actually more excited now that i've had a taste of what is gonna be worked on in the next two weeks. in the meantime i'll still have a lot of great (unfinished, mind you, but still great) music to enjoy.

if it gets delayed again though that'll be another story.
