It’s incredibly strange to me how I’m not allowed to give my opinion cause the album has to do with his mother. That album art looks like the project is gonna sound like 4:44. When in reality it sounds much more like the red abstract artwork. A picture of his mom is the obvious thing to do but I like Ye cause he doesn’t do the obvious thing. TLOP artwork is the perfect example. It sparks a lot of emotions in me, and most importantly, it sums up the experience of listening to the album in one single image.

You don’t play an album in front of 45k people, charge them to get in and then stream it on Apple Music if you’re just doing a test run. If this was JIK era and he was doing these listening parties in amphitheaters for free and without a stream you would maybe have a point.

Vegas was the test. This is a do over.

Considering the new cover was advertised at MBS along with the Donda merch, it’s safe to assume the new “cover” is just promo because it’s easily recognizable
