Only if Kanye specifies that there are going to be some unreleased songs or that he is going to perform and maybe if it happens the day after the surprise drop.

i think kanye is super focused on music since the green tile studio. he just made way too much songs and now he's trying to find out how to make the best possible tracklist for the album tbh

Sorry to dissapoint you, but so he was focused in 2016 after TLOP, in 2018 after the whole 5 albums deal, and even in 2019 after JIK.
