Aug 2, 2021Yesus ChristLol I work in insurance too and did the same thing after a long talk on the phone with some dude who was complaining about how hard it is on his life that he can no longer walk, is addicted to pain killers, and how traumatic his injury is on him.
To top it all off, the reason he was calling was cause our insurance wasn't paying him on time.
Lololol, it just becomes habit. I ended a call with a “have a nice day” after calling someone out for fraud and telling them I would have to report it.
