It could work either way, I currently see it as an outro to Hurricane like Frank’s outro was to New Slaves. But if it gets verses added onto it & becomes it’s own song, even better

Moon is fantastic as an outro. It was a bright second in a bleak moment. We had just heard one of the worst Ye verses in history, and then from the darkness rose Donnys beautiful vocals and Mike Deans guitar. And it was everything we needed.
