TvmimI used them pretty much all day and never felt any problems with it
They say overall headphones are better for you because it's over ear as opposed to earphones which are pushed inside your ear which can be more dangerous (if you're using it as your primary source, as opposed to like airpods on the go)
Not to mention the ear wax being pushed in which can be annoying by blocking your hearing a bit

They're complied unofficial mixtapes. For The Pre-requisite tho....my download listed it as Kanye's 2001 demo. Idk how true that is tho for all of the songs

I had that problem with headphones in the past, just gotta find ones that work with you. The sennheisers I'm using rn are super comfy
Also if you're managing your sound levels with the in-ears you should be okay anyway
