This is such a dumb answer my guy. Do you really think he stressed the importance of this release date just to give a “trial performance?” He never even claimed that this album or DONDA 1 were “progressive experiences” considering both had concrete release dates he obviously didn’t follow through on

not gonna lie save the Donda 1 thing, if he had a verse from Drake, Hov, Kendrick or Wayne, it would have saved this too but we really didn’t have any standout feats like that on here

I don’t know man. I wasn’t expecting to hear a finished album tbh. I’m just here for the vibes and I feel like he definitely caught one with this one. Those first like 5 records legit felt like a blade runner movie
