Use a convert tool or website there’s plenty of free ones. Just Google “convert FLAC to ALAC” and click any of the free options
Don’t convert to MP3 that’s not lossless

Unless you got a decent DAC/amp and some decent headphones, you prob won't hear the different between lossless and MP3
