It’s got to the point where @KanyeWest is going to get banned from Instagram and YouTube and other outlets.
It might even be his goal.
He just released a new video where Pete Davidson is violently decapitated. It shouldn’t be allowed online. It’s not art. No matter what he says. It’s a threat of violence.
It’s wrong.
And he’s crossed so many gross lines that he is physically endangering not only Pete Davidson, but he’s endangering his own family and their circle of friends.
And what he’s doing here happens often. Kanye knows he can’t violently threaten Kim and show a video of him cutting her head off, so he does it to Pete Davidson.
It’s a form of domestic violence that so many women experience. And it’s causing real people real harm. Not just Kim, but her business partners, artists she works closely with, and more.
Listen. This isn’t conjecture.
Kim and many of her friends are receiving violent rape and death threats over all of this. They’ve all had to drastically increase security at their homes over it.
And Kanye has been told this. Kanye even posted the texts of Kim telling him he was endangering the whole family.
That’s why he says on his new record, your security is going to need security - insinuating violence against them again.
And if he wasn’t Kanye, he’d probably already be arrested. But he has now put Kim and her friends in a real bind. They don’t want to see a Black man go to jail. They don’t want the police to come to his house. But Kanye keeps dialing up these threats.
What’s wild is that Kanye is literally dating another woman and bringing that woman (I just saw it) around his kids while rapping that Pete better not be around his kids.
Again, this is a clinical form of domestic violence. So many women wrote me to say it happened to them.
And it’s not a joke.
1. Kanye will remove these things.
2. Then gaslight a non apology.
3. Then do something pro-Black.
4. Then something overtly Christian.
5. Then he’ll say something very smart or witty.
6. Then he will do something dangerous again.
7. Then he’ll repeat the cycle.
