what's hilarious about them? all major figures in their respective genres (alt-pop, psych-rock/pop, folk/alt) who have tight consistent discographies (at least two very impactful records each) and influence on their contemporaries. where's the laugh?

Tame Impala aren’t even top 5 rock rock bands since they came onto the scene. They’re regarded as highly here because they’ve worked with hip hop acts.

Lorde has two highly regarded projects. That s***s not my style but comparing two good projects in 9 years to Kanye is laughable

Bon Iver see the Tame Impala paragraph

Ok but I believe all that was in question was who has stronger output than Ye over the past 10 years, not who's top 5 of what. That's an entirely different conversation. And I don't think the names that were listed, in that context, would bring about laughter or mockery. they're al highly respected musicians with great work to stand on. We can disagree but it really doesn't have to be laughable, that's a lil disingenuous to me. Lol.
