i dont get how he spent like a day designing fonts and u can barely read any of the posters
yeah...
maybe it lacked a song that could have blown up. if it had a track like fsmh or one of their best 808s songs on it, maybe promo people would have had more to work with. Or if it was longer. It pissed me off cos a lot of the old 60s/70s/80s GOATs had classics that were 8-9 songs, but people kept calling KSG a 'EP'.
From a promo point of view, he pretty much did a better job on JiK, especially as it was a christian album. I guess All Mine got out there a bit.
thing is
all mine isnt very good (compared to other ye singles)
he hasnt had top 10 single as lead artist since 808s (wtt and i love it dont count for me)
i like nicki's verse
but i feel like the beat, ye and ty's hook are hit material too. nicki benefits from having a polished vocal and her vocal is more produced (like the little effects they've put on). Ye's vocal is left more raw.
The actual writing on both verses is catchy. Hers is my favourite but i think people are underrating his verse.
The bigger problem is that it won't be that verse. This gonna be some reborn body s***
how do we know nicki not on it btw? ye never lists features in his tracklists these days
Also I Know God Breathes On This has the potential to be his worst song ever made.
I swear I don’t want this album. Niggas acting like last night didn’t even happen
This s*** finna be a mess smh
Definitely worried tbh.
So Wash Us isnt even on the album?
It was there at 1st
Who knows what this will look like by Friday
Still 48 hours lmao
So is he crazy or is this some Andy Kaufman-esque way to sell an album?
I'm really confused.
Also I Know God Breathes On This has the potential to be his worst song ever made.
It’s 100% the beat everybody makes first time while using FL studio
Also I Know God Breathes On This has the potential to be his worst song ever made.
that s*** was so unfinished
I really wish he would remove all the yandhi songs and stop tryna incorporate it in his music, s*** feels force with him tryna push the Christian narrative on to secular songs
i feel like it only sounds jarring cos we've heard the yandhi leaks
Follow God sounds like a great Christian hip hop song, but with secular lyrics it could have been on any ye album that's not 808s/Yeezus.
I think he's gonna keep making hip hop, not just gospel like jesus is born, so in that sense it will always be a crossover with some secular ideas and artists.
Not too mad about WUITB not making it
Not a big fan of that loop and the flow Ye using at the beginning
