No, it's just hackers getting the songs through dropboxes, mails, social engineering etc.
Ye just doesn't cares about the leaks that much and has a huge team so a lot more of his songs leak.
They've actually upped the protection by using stronger encryption on some files.
Only artist that really gives a s*** is Frank Ocean, his team got the biggest leaker arrested last year. They even threatened a guy into deleting his online presence after he leaked an og Blonde tracklist, not even a song. Plus they store their music offline so harder to hack them.
