JihyoI’m gonna say it. Hitler has always been respected as a leader and as people rallier amongst historians. It isn’t a new idea to try and discuss some of the positive aspects of his character. Of course he used his talent to do terrible things but that isn’t the point.
As a Jewish person I see what Kanye is trying to do and it isn’t the first time I’ve seen/heard this so it isn’t as shocking to me. I just feel like he isn’t in the right space mentally to articulate his ideas in a way that they’ll be taken seriously.
Everyone has already painted him as a guy in a manic episode off his meds or as a blatant racist. He’s just digging a deeper hole by saying this kind of stuff now. It would help if he didn’t break out into puppet shows in the middle of his interviews.

Nobody dies on it. It’s really just an accepted truth. I’m just saying it isn’t otherworldly to see someone “praise” Hitler for something.
Kanye is trying to do his good Christian man “I see the good in everyone” bit but he’s picking a terrible time to do it along with a terrible example. It’s probably best if you don’t praise Hitler at all but if you are, don’t say he invented the highway and microphone lol.
It just makes him seem as crazy as everyone thinks he is. He needs to take a step back and disappear for a while.
If he’s off his meds he needs people in his corner encouraging him to be compliant. Probably needs a new treatment plan as well.
