if the record has already been mastered, they can open back up the mix, make changes, and then print the new mix through the same mastering chain. so maybe 5 minutes to remaster and then upload to Apple Music is probably very fast for WAV files. like less than 10 min. im sure all the streaming services already have the digital info inputed and are just waiting for final masters to make it public
