mahchefaii wouldnt say it definitely has the best full songs, but best moments. sure like ULB is a flawless and perfectly executed song but for the most part there are amazing mindblowing moments but its not fully capitalized on, or its mixed with some imperfections. hey i still love TLOP tho but it had the potential to be better than anything he had done. u take the top 3 songs from almost any kanye album and its gunna compete with those 3 imo
