then why did you quote me to begin with? lol
cus you said he should be fired for the mix
Honestly I think no snippet gang the real winners here
Not really, I kept hearing about how amazing it sounded and heard testimonies from people who went to the live listening parties praising the s*** out of it so i was hype and after listening it’s a 4/10 album for me
I think the problem is that y’all genuinely set aside months of getting hyped about this dudes albums so whenever it drops y’all expect the MOST. Just wait till he announces a date listen to the album and enjoy it for what it is instead of spending weeks setting it up in your head to be a masterpiece
I would have been happy with a halfway decent album.
This might be the first Ye project I don’t even revisit.
flashing lights against closed on sunday
Everybody who listened to snippets are the only ones who are mad asf... Twitter giving this a lot of love... There's hate but not like Chance's album... Not even close
what if mike dean tried and sabotaged this album because kenny g took his spot on use this gospel
I appreciate how this is easily his most focused album since Yeezus. I came to appreciate TLOP being a “something for everyone” streaming era album but TLOP and Ye never felt as cohesive or unique as his first 6 albums to me. It was starting to feel like he stopped fully reinventing himself between albums and like we were stuck in a perpetual state of post-MBDTF/Yeezus arrogance, fame, s***and excess. I’m not sure how these songs will grow on me but I like that he fully dedicated to the concept and even didn’t swear which helped cut out the somewhat cringy punchlines that have been persistent lately. Overall this is really refreshing for me as a long time fan, it’s nice to get something that really feels like a left turn
Definietly better then LR
get shot
