overall not as good as I expected it to be but also not as bad as everyone is making it out to be. A lot of the songs have crazy potential to be something great imo just not how they are now
also it was a good amount of Christian bars w the ye twist that I f***ed w like I used to think the book of job was a job fire
the Christian bars weren’t too bad just not my cup of tea or whatever
also that chic fil a lyric is kinda cringe but that song overall is fire

clipse song was kinda underwhelming but I’m a huge clipse Stan I’ve heard a lot better

16geven if thoughtless = bad and it really was that way for actually most trap, only three of those five albums are bolded, and none even close to 4.0. meanwhile, old white hard rock s*** and radiohead (they have some good s*** though) gets bolded any day of the week.
besides, it's true that he is acknowledged by a lot of people as a great artist, but the people circulating there are redditor-type listeners, so you see s*** like "uhh the lyrics were bad" which is just if youre listening for #HARDBARSONLY are you even a kanye west fan?. 808s JUST got bolded some months ago, everytime MBDTF climbs a spot in the charts every rockist flips the f*** out. even more, there is explicit rockist mod bias, with one mod, RustyJames, having a review for ginseng strip 2002 saying "someone stuff this nerd in a locker please", which is both against the rules of publishing and just basic reviews. to say that there isn't a bias in that site is turning blind to a lot of s***, but it's natural because you need to be really need in that s*** to see it
and lets not even TALK about the 75 deleted hip hop singles that ranked high in the chartsYeah I mean I can get where you're coming from, you make good points and there's definitely still a slight rock bias. Over the last few years though it's been mostly offset because hip hop tends to chart really highly. b15/b of the top 25 rated albums of the decade are hip hop releases and 3 belong to Kanye. So I don't feel like the JIK rating is because the population is being unfair. All the complaints are legitimate to me. The lyrics are very weak, the mixing is unbelievably bad, and for whatever reason the songs are cut too short before they fully develop.
