snaildownI like a lot of the production even if some of the concepts somehow feel rushed and unfinished.
But holy hell the lyrics might be the worst from Kanye so far. They're overly simplistic and cringey. And it's not because they're religious. Jesus Walks and Ultralight Beam are overtly religious and some of the best songs Kanye's made, and there's a ton of great religious/Christian music, especially gospel, out there. It's because this s*** is so simplistic and corny and sounds like Kanye has a seven year old's understanding of Christianity.
This is like a 4/10 for me, sad to say. Follow God slaps, and I like some of the beats on other songs (the intro is gorgeous, too), but I can't see myself coming back to many of these songs long term.
Always a Kanye stan but dude hasn't been inspired musically since Yeezus outside of KSG and that's probably because Cudi kept him in line

It came off as a joke between Zane and him but I’m sure he’ll do that while he’s on tour—just like he been redoing classic songs during his Sunday Service runs. I think it’ll make his tour even better.
