I just saw a tweet liked by justin Vernon on my timeline saying the album isnt good and that made me sad
maybe he's annoyed one of his clones was featured on hands on
If he's serious about the ministry thing, it can't happen
I mean he said in the Zane Lowe interview that he has a team that's working on setting up his campaign. I could definitely see it. He was crazy enough to support Trump as a rapper, why not go the extra step and just run for his job

JV is a lucky b****** that doesn't deserve what he has.
F*** no. American politics is ridiculous. I can see someone like AOC going extra hard for his head so they can pose as the 'woke champion' of the generation.
That's also most likely 4 years of no new music.
AOC has no right being a politician...a long with about 99% of current politicians.

Lmao Hammond really justt replaced Vernon's autotune gig. Although Bon Iver has a nice discography tbh
Has anyone written on that?
I'm sure there have been a few, but I've always seen it as soon of an examination of Kanye's career, the place he's in, and where he wants to be in the future
ULB is the beginning, Kanye was faithful man wanting more from a career in the music industry, then the album sort of becomes a biopic in a sense - as he gets more and more famous and ego-driven, he starts getting more and more depraved until he hits rock bottom on Freestyle 4, has a sort of turning point on Waves, and on the final trilogy of songs decides that he wants to devote himself to his family and his faith again and be a better man instead of regressing back into a life of vanity.
JIK is evidence that he was successful
JV is a lucky b****** that doesn't deserve what he has.
he's alright, I dig his vocals/production but his songs don't really connect with me
So Vernon also liked a tweet trashing Nicki, so I guess his stay in hip hop is confirmed to be over
bon iver makes music for pretentious snobs who tell people they listen to bon iver but don’t actually listen to bon iver

this lowkey accurate yet inaccurate
22 a Million is a great album and dude has a great ear for sonics but I'm not convinced he's a genius or anything

Bon Iver's music is great but his fanbase is ridiculous. If you look at the comments for his old music, it's a buncha "I wish there were people who would listen to this kinda music and not violent rap music!" type of people. Plus there're a buncha salty Bon Iver fans in the comments of Lost in the World, which is funny because Vernon's original version of that song was relatively unknown before Kanye made it famous
