the sole intent wasn't to treat em like objects with those lines cus the emphasis of the lyric can be interpreted as being his admittance that he'd have s***w/ em, which is a taboo topic to openly say, making a "sick thought"

xtcy in general is about openly discussing taboo stuff, n this was released during a period of time where ye was trying to share all his open thoughts on record (the album ye, ye vs the people, his twitter feed during that time)
