SEPTEMBER99Late Registration is a perfect rap album but Ye's other classics feel NEW in a way that Late Registration doesn't attempt to be.
I value the NEWNESS highly, especially because i feel Ye's best work (TCD, Graduation, 808s, Cruel Summer, MBDTF, Yeezus, Donda) manages to feel new while maintaining the same or higher level of pop brilliance.
