Fair but court helps more than anything . Instalive can’t be used in court like that nor can it be used to influence jury

Since when aren't social media statements readily admissible in court? If it passes 403 probative value of relevance it can certainly be admissible it's just a question of if it would be relevant to proving intent and the causes of action alleged
