It's literally an Arbitrary Dismissal/Breach of Contract lawsuit. As clearly stated by the lodged filing at LA's District Courthouse:

Ye has NEVER been charged with/or had a quid pro quo physical/sex assault claim ever filed against him..
Contrast this with the Rape Defrayal settlement Drake was saddled with...Or the allegations of statutory rape/sex trafficking Jay Z is accused of in a current ongoing suit..Or the multiple domestic battery claims against Carti (including a pregnant ex) et al
