ok ktt, i think i've figured out what kanye is doing

1. BUYING UP PROPERTY IN WYOMING
as of today kanye owns two massive ranches in wyoming, collectively spanning 10,000 acres - an area almost the size of manhattan. kanye plans to develop these properties; he is already building an amphitheatre on one of them.

2. ESTABLISHING A 'YEEZY CAMP' IN WYOMING
i suspect that along with an amphitheatre, kanye intends to build some kind of 'Yeezy Camp' on these properties, with tickets available for his fans. there will be farms, generators, etc - everything necessary to make the Yeezy Camp self-sustainable (kanye's ambitions have always been big). the Yeezy Camps will essentially be an unending Sunday Service, teaching a uniquely Kanye form of Christianity that emphasises self-love along with capitalistic, individualist thought.

3. THE CHURCH OF KANYE
ultimately this will lead to kanye establishing his own Church - The Church of Kanye - gaining tax-exempt status (remember his complaints about taxes on JIK?). over time the Yeezy Camp will turn from a holiday destination to a place of permanent residence for devoted fans, and the religious teachings will become more strict and idiosyncratic, as the Church of Kanye develops its distinct ideas. the logical endpoint of this is the creation of a cult settlement a la Jonestown, with kanye as the leader. kanye fans already have an unhealthy parasocial relationship with their favourite musician, he will find it easy to exploit this and brainwash them into unwavering worship of him and his Church.

4. MAKING CONNECTIONS WITH THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT
kanye has branded himself as a born-again christian, giving a free sunday service performance at joel osteen's megachurch. joel osteen is a white evangelical who preaches the dangerously far-right 'Prosperity Gospel', a brand of christianity personally followed by donald trump and many of his supporters. there is much in common with the 'Prosperity Gospel' and the hypothetical ideas of the Church of Kanye - just look it up. kanye is clearly trying to endear himself to the religious right, linking in to my next point

5. RUNNING FOR GOVERNOR OF WYOMING
the next election for governor of wyoming is in 2022. kanye may look to run in this election as a resident of wyoming, most likely a republican or independent. he can use his rep as a christian to win over white wyoming 'natives', while the residents of the Yeezy Camp will of course vote for him in large numbers. the population of wyoming is incredibly small so it would be easy for the Yeezy Camp to overpower other voters by sheer numbers, and get kanye elected.

6. TURNING WYOMING INTO A PERSONAL 'UTAH' FOR THE CHURCH OF KANYE
the state of utah is essentially a theocracy run by the church of latter day saints (mormons). the majority of the population are mormons and mormons hold all key positions of power. kanye recently held a sunday service in utah, right before the church of latter day saints held their annual conference. this hints at kanye being influenced by the mormons heavily. my theory is that once he is governor of wyoming, kanye will consolidate power around the Church of Kanye and the Yeezy Camp, such that the state is effectively controlled by his church.

7. RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT
with the Church of Kanye setting up Yeezy Camps in other states across america, and Wyoming as a 'home-base', kanye is now perfectly set up for a presidential run in 2024/2028 (depending on the time scale of the previous steps). he can use his religious influence to build up a wide coalition of voters, especially as the climate crisis and increasing natural disasters of the 2020s have more people turning back to religion. this will allow him to become president of the united states.

8. KANYE AS PRESIDENT
i expect president kanye to follow a far-right, theocratic doctrine as president of the united states, again inspired by mormons in utah. he will drastically drop taxes on rich, cut social services, and outlaw things like premarital sex, homosexuality, et cetera. the Church of Kanye will be made the state religion of the US. kanye's mental health will have deteriorated heavily by this point, you can expect a situation like the trump government now where much of the day-to-day running of the country is left to his advisors

there you have it. that is how kanye west plans to go from where he is now to being president of the united states. thoughts?
