    Forget which interview it was but I think kendrick said MBDTF was all he was listening to when making section 80.
    I think he might have gotten influenced by yeezus while being on the tour while working on tpab

    He has tracks with beats/sounds that have flashes of Ye influence

    It’s not obvious but if you listen enough you can hear it

    Would be interesting to hear what they come with if they locked in

    The use of samples, heavy drum breaks, and vocal chants lowkey reminds me of MBDTF. The distorted vocal effect he uses is some Ye s*** too
