this not really pointed towards you specifically but the general sentiment I get when looking at Kaytranada critique online and I wonder what is it that folks (in general) look for from producer albums?

the biggest criticism I'll always have towards Kaytranada (aint even musical) is why we have not gotten a fully collab mick jenkins album (or a fully collab mach hommy album, or a fully collab anderson paak album)

dj cowriiie (keiyaA) put out a beat tape last year that I was enthralled by and revisited a bunch.

Kaytra has had beats that I've been enthralled by.

This first listen just didn't have me enthralled is all, personally.

He did a collab maeta last year it was one of my favorite eps that dropped
