I started a new job and met this dude my first week. I was part of a group and he toured us around the office.

However, I’ve seen him a bunch of times since then and we never say hi. We just walk past each other like we are strangers. It’s becoming mad awkward cause I’ll see him and he’ll see me but we never acknowledge one another. Idk what to do cause it’s been so many times where we deliberately ignore each other. If I see this dude walking my way I’ll try to walk a different way to avoid him.
