I know they put them paws on her and that’s wrong, not taking anything away from that. But we don’t know what she may have done to provoke the creatures, what she was wearing, etc…

I started to develop a weird hate towards dogs, but this is being triggered by the fact that my town has a stray dog problem, and you literally can't explore the entire town and outskirts without finding some random dogs on the streets. That said, it's still the owner's problem and fault.
