That's because he usually never adds those songs to his albums but this part is actually related to what the album was about, similar to the one he had on OD
On the other parts he usually just goes off without a theme but this one actually had a theme to it and he wasn't just rapping for funBut when I said the Heart Part 4 didn't sound like DAMN, I got attacked and it got pointed out that one of the beats on the song made it to DAMN, so wasn't that also a direct relation? Why didn't he add that song to DAMN then?
