Weird seeing the people that say they don't care about numbers doing the most when numbers don't fit their narrative.
Same ones had the unrealistic expectations and would have gone nuts if Kendrick did anything close to CLB.
It's okay to hate the nigga and don't like his music, but at some point you just gotta accept and respect the accomplishment.
People make it seems like it's easy to pull of these numbers, year after year. Niggas were even going so far as using Adele, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheran, Bad Bunny and whoever numbers to downplay CLBs performance.
At some point you just have to let it go and accept reality. Numbers don't make an artist better or worse than another but you can't play numbers games in threads about sales performance and then try to downplay the nigga carrying the game on his back for a decade.
This is just proving what most of us already knew when we are being honest.

Bro you looking like this rn
This is the problem. 300K isn't disappointing AT ALL in the current music climate. Haven't you been seeing how most of the albums released over the past year have struggled to even surpass 200K? How is 300K disappointing? Also, what will really matter for the album is how well it does weeks after it drops.
For those who think I'm anti-Kendrick. I was just letting y'all have more realistic expectations.
