Someone call HDD. This has to be a mistake. How is Drake 10 month old rap album this close in weekly sales to Kenny 2 month old rap album?

KEEPS FLOPPING
42K in its 4th week is good. The fact that you think it's bad exposes your complete lack of knowledge. Your obsession with Drake is honestly disturbing.

What's your point? Besides being a vile racist, ofc.

Ironic considering you've gotten muted several times for literally being a racist
Calling a black artist a flop isn't racist but saying he's doing good is. Weird ass logic but I'm not surprised
this MMBTS vs HN s*** is so played out
Yup, pathetic how Big Steppers are forcing it

You do know @1887 is a Drake stan right?
You were not looking to discuss the broader context when clowning MM&TBS sales. Most of that album is not mainstream sounding, does not have mass appeal, completely disappearing from public for over 4 years is not the hype builder you pretend it is, it was not promoted much before release or at all after release and it has a lot of controversy surrounding it. Texts go green should not be falling off the charts the same way We cry together did ffs
If HN got more sales than MM&TBS, you'd have no problem comparing them and we all know it.
Just noticed how Zack didn't even say anything about this last paragraph in his reply because it's true
Hope she gets it since As It Was will be 10 weeks at #1 on Monday.

So you think it makes sense to compare house album sales with rap album sales, especially when the guy who released the house album isn't a house artist?

Yeezus and IGOR sales can be compared to their other albums and albums by other rappers
"Kendrick sold more than Drake in 2022" - it makes more sense that statement means the Kendrick album which released in 2022 sold more than the Drake album which released in 2022. Not 2021

Anyone over the age of 12 should be able to include context. Once you are capable of doing that, you would realize that it makes zero sense to compare the sales of a surprise house album (a completely dead genre that doesn't perform well on the charts) to a rap album. Period.

Or Drake's last rap album outsold Kendrick's last rap album....

Drake released an album nobody wants to listen to. The genre makes no difference. He spent hours in the studio to produce a massive flop and be clowned. Deal with it.

That's true and his next rap album will outsell Mr Morale. That's not what the post Zack responded to said though

Two things can be true at once

''Drake released an album nobody wanted to listen to''. Good. He finally released an album HE wanted to create, instead of feeling pressured to please his fanbase/general public. It's a brave move that only deserve applause. To do that when you are the biggest artist in the world and know how people would react to low numbers.. Incredible.

Yep, good for him. I applaud his massive flop.
