Drake/Cole fans didn't have multiple viral tweets claiming they'd be doing 1M first week with their next albums, Kendrick fans did. And if I wanted it to be a gotcha moment, wouldn't I have made a thread encouraging Kendrick stans to increase their expectations for his numbers so I'd clown them even more when he failed to meet them? Use your f***ing head.
I know one of you weirdos have the screenshot but before CLB dropped, I didn't have the album doing more than 500k because I've always been realistic about Drake's numbers. I was legit surprised he did over 600k with that album. Same way I said that HN should do around 200k just hours after it dropped. Same way I said Kendrick won't be doing more than 350k (and that ended up being the range of his initial projections).
