It's not, at all. Like it's so impossible I almost feel like I'm just misunderstanding you. While seeing 1 million pure in 2022 is insane, there are still many artists, acts, and genres where the ratio of pure sales to streams is way different than it is in mainstream hip-hop. There have been tens of thousands of albums released since January 1st, even if you've never heard of them those sales add up. Combine that with the bigger releases this year like, Harry's House (which did well over 300k pure by itself), and I assure you whatever number that ends up being is way higher than Taylor's.
