White people are abandoning rap music and moving to pop and country. This explains why lyrical lemonade rappers are flopping left and right.

Honestly that might be the reason

These new lil mfs need to change it up

It’s that simple they need to adapt, hip hop seem to not have the edge no more when it comes to streaming even on Apple Music anymore so they gotta swift up

Hip hop has become entirely too isolated. Instead of taking creative inspiration from outside sources, each new album just sounds like whatever was hot six months ago. Carti sound like Thug, Yeat sound like Carti etc etc

I don’t even think they need to take inspiration from outside sources (even though I would love for it too) they just need to innovate more tbh

That 2010 generation with Drake, Cole and KDot was way more approachable.

If you are a adult white dude listening to some of these new drill rappers its probably a crazy look.

The 2010s had more variety tho that’s the thing, like cole, kendrick and drake sounded nothing like each other and all brought a difference flair too them

Hip Hop also needs to mature. It's 50 years old and should start market to more than one age demographic

No one wants to see him fall. Just nice to see him finally face some competition from the Latin American music space. He's basically owned that space for the last 5 years.
