Morgan not being on here shows how small of an impact US has on Spotify now
Morgan has 5b album streams in the US this year, yet he's not even on that list meanwhile Sza is on it with 2.6b album streams in the US
Yeah, country music in general isn't strong on Spotify and isn't strong outside the US. Most of Morgan's streams come from Amazon Music and Apple Music.

I really don't understand these genre splits lol like what even causes them... I don't see why country/rap listeners would both gravitate way more towards AM than Spotify. Where I'm from almost everyone uses Spotify

jelly roll’s ascent from three 6 wannabe to yelawolf weed carrier to country star is going in the history books
For 1 week, not that impressive
It's very impressive considering the fact that they're Korean acts scoring #1 album debuts in the US and their debut week numbers increase from release to release (even if they're only #1 for a week, which is how many weeks most rappers spend at #1 following the release of a new album in US anyways). No US act is scoring #1 albums in Korea.

thought metro would sell more, they should’ve had a single ready to go ahead of time probably

No song off the project is good enough to be a single tbh.
