It's closer to 6-7 from what I remember
my point is literally that Drake doesn't make his albums to try get as many streams as possible, Trav put more effort into commercialising Utopia than Drake did with CLB/Scorpion. If you disagree w/ that you're just delulu
Man in the biggest Drake d***rider on this sight and that’s clearly just not true

Features alone makes the case for me personally. CLB/Scorpion features were extremely weak compared to Utopia and at this point it's proven features = numbers
drake's barely ever cared about features even though I'm sure they'd all jump on his album whenever, that'd be a pretty big numbers boost
400k? But but but pitchfork... the critics.. he has nothing to say...
Tremendous numbers for Trav
I never said they don't have hooks at all lol, i know it's hard to read lmao. but a LOT of songs on his last few albums don't have hooks
Utopia is a more accessible album than CLB imo, even though CLB has a few extra hooks it's waaay more lyrical whilst Utopia is just about vibing to the overall sound
only way rap ever gets back to dominating is if they stop counting radio
Honestly i think radio should count but nowhere close to what it does now. Radio should be weighted way less and it shouldn't be enough to carry you on the charts but it should be enough to give you a slight bump.

Ignoring the meme covers and Drake's marketing huh?
Actually you right that Trav does put more effort than anyone else, but that does not mean his album is more friendly than Drake's lol

what does "more friendly" even mean atp yall actin like he wants to make music no one likes

From what I gather he's trying to say Travis album is more consumer friendly than Scorpion and clb
So is Morgan Wallen bringing in a new era of pop music to radio these next couple years?

they all mainstream artists its not like they switched genres.

I agree with you lol. It all comes down to the fanbase and how good the music is with these sales
Die For You, Sure Thing, I'm Good and Something In The Orange are going recurrent
