I think the lower sales have 2 reason:
First and foremost, people aint f***ing with the album like that, niggas loved Her Loss but the recepction for this one has been pretty mixed
He been FEEDING the fans a lot, 2 albums last year and CLB was dropped at the end of 2021. He needs to take a break so the people fiend for the music again
If he takes a 2 year break and has a decent rollout i think he will surpass the sales for this one easily
day 1 and day 2 streams were higher than her loss tho, like 10-20% higher
i think people just have drake fatigue & bored of the same generic (for drake) rap songs

I was saying this in 2019/2020, but imo he has fallen off a lot popularity wise since then and I don't think he'll be able to hit that level again. The streaming numbers he was doing with all his new tracks back then was insane, he had the commercial world in the palm of his hand w/ all the marketing he was doing too. They don't want to touch him now
plus rap dying so I just can't see him hitting properly overtaking Drake now, if he does it'll be due to Drake falling off a lot

Yeah but Her Loss was 7 less songs and a collab album that always do less. Still do a lot better received than this
