Whats the difference between HDD and Billboard? I've seen them report different numbers before but I trust Billboard more

Billboard's numbers are what's official. HDD just gives out projections on what to expect.

i can't even make the excuse that the album isn't mainstream because it has N95, die hard, rich spirit, purple hearts, and silent hill. most albums are carried by a handful of hits anyways so he definitely could have made five better "hits" to make up for the deep cuts not being that commercial friendly.

But to be fair though there are 3 good reasons:

    • 5 years after his last one
    • Minimal promo/no single beforehand (I don’t count THP5)
    • Album not appealing as much to mainstream compared to DAMN

People who said Ye was done is naive

Even Jesus is King did like 270k week 1

I know bro, and I wish kendrick had done a lot more, but I see this with my friends

they all f*** with kendrick but they dont listen to his music like that

also all that top 3 bullshit is dumb

we have ye, drake, future, cole and kendrick all doing great numbers for the streaming era

aint no such as thing as a top 3, even tho latin music is big right now hiphop still rules this s***

If Kenny was projected 250k and did 286k that would be great, but 350k down to 286k is terrible
