She's now saying that social media was hating on the album.
Yet that wasn't the narrative when Joe Budden gave his mild critique of the album lol.
First it was "only the rap purists and out of touch critics are hating on this. This album is heat and everyone else is rocking with it." Now, it's "this album is doing well despite being hated on in social media."
And what's crazy is that's not even all true. Scorpion, HNVM, and even CLB had worse receptions on social media when they came out.
Even people like FD Signifier and DEHH gave mild critiques of the album while acknowledging it's positives and highlights. And Fantano gave it a strong 5/light 6 which is actually positive given how he usually pans Drake's albums.
