Once and for all before the block button like we should all do. You are the biggest drake hater on the planet. The man is the best selling artist of all time. Going to retire with the most #1s ever. Going to retire the most streamed artist ever. Going to have every album diamond. The most diamond songs ever. The best first weeks of any rapper in history (most debuts over 400k already locked). And he’s done it in both eras. Won artist of the decade in a decade where Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars, The Weeknd, Eminem, Justin Bieber, etc etc were active. He never stops working and puts out higher quality than these artist dropping once every decade. He also signed the biggest contract in music history. But you stay on his d***. Its strange that you can’t put your hate aside and recognize that he will never flop and never has.

I should have clarified I wasn’t talking about race with the audience diversity. I’m a swiftie and a black man from the hood who has interacted with other Swifties - oh and women of color btw @Lisa @retro_77. I know she has a diverse racial group of women in her fanbase, but I’m not talking the difference between race, I’m talking the difference between subcultures/social status for lack of a better term. The difference between being championed by the hood and being championed by soccer moms. And it isn’t even a diss nor was it a diss in the og post. From what I’ve seen, she doesn’t have that type of audience diversity but hey I didn’t word it that way originally so oh well

I get what you're saying but White girl pop was never really a massive draw in urban areas in general unless they were more R&B influenced like Justin Timberlake or some of Christina's, Bieber's, or Ariana's music.

Hell, Morgan Wallen probably has less diversity in his fans than Taylor but he's still the hottest American act out by a strong margin.

Nobody's in the hood bumping Morgan or Country in general but he's selling out stadiums and his numbers are very impressive.

I couldn't sing out a Morgan song if you pointed a gun to my head but the numbers don't lie.

Most mainstream artists in general not named Michael Jackson aren't as universal as people make them out to be.

I think Taylor’s numbers confuse us folks cause we’re used to artists on that level in modern times being visibly championed by wildly different audience demographics in the US, but it’s no different from Elvis and Beatlemania tbh. We’re so used to the MJ standard of being championed by a bunch of dissimilar groups that we think that’s always been the standard for every S tier megastar
