    Can Kendrick respond now?

I don't think the response delay got anything to do with this

I'm joking because some people were using this as an excuse to why he didn't need to respond.

Many other stupid Kendrick stans were saying the same thing.

Future last album sold more than 200k

The first Future/Metro 250k (with Drake diss help)

To 127k (with 25 songs and better album) for me is a underperformance

It is an underperformance but i dont think is a big one imo

Second album in less than a month

Singing Future (general people prefer banger and trap Future by a lot)

And most importantly, Push Ups dropped and everyone was focused on the beef

Dont get me wrong, to me less than 140k isnt good numbers but i dont think metro and future should be dissapointed specially with the first one WDTY doing AMAZING numbers, that are looking very stable and not only because Like That (Type s*** doing good for example).

Literally what happened with FUTURE and HNDRXX, the second one got overshadowed by the first one but it got numbers and and a hit with Solo with time.

Are there any other cases of a top 10 song being deleted from existence before? Think cole the first to do it

A SWIFT UPDATE: HOW HIGH CAN TTPD GO?

After three full days of activity, the final number for Taylor Swift’s blockbuster debut is starting to become clearer. Data nerds are now saying 2.3m+ is the new benchmark for THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT (Republic), which means Swift cleared that bar with ease. Is 2.4m+ in play? Could it go higher? Anything is possible when it comes to Taylor Swift. We’ll continue to ride the over.

Dropping 2 albums in 3 weeks the 2nd one is gonna do less numbers

No way you tryna give a L to a man in 3 weeks sold like 500k albums combined

Oh yeah I deadass had this same convo with a friend who ended up saying "actually Kendrick doesn't even need to respond because Like That was a one shot kill"

Had to break down why that was crazy

Drake need to play the game for his next album. I wish he did with CLB and Scorpion he couldve cleared a million in a week both times imo. Eminem stans would be writing essays like the midsteppers for weeks 😭😭

    I don't know.

FATD had huge hype with the It's All A Blur Tour, the memes, the merch, the features, the months of waiting, the promise that it'll be a return of the "old Drake, etc.

And it still did slightly worse than Her Loss fw.

Keep in mind that most of Taylor's sales are legit CD/Vinyl purchases and not carried by merch like Travis.

Also, Views era Drake was the peak of his pop/crossover appeal and he still didn't sell a milli fw pure. He sold 852,000 fw but he did sell a milli if you count streams.

truthfully, life is good and rich flex, they would’ve easily spent multiple weeks at #1 if taylor and roddy richh didn’t block them; but for stan reasons… in my feelings

People are getting tired of Drake and he also doesn’t have a mass rabid fanbase like Taylor does to still get him insane amounts of first week sales.

    Anyone thinking otherwise is delusional

they has a good run only one more week then they recurrent.

I think with Scorpion and CLB (bundle era) if he did bundles and had physical he couldve cleared a million.

With his next album he might be able to come close to a million with boxsets and multiple CD variants but its hard to say cause his fanbase never really had the chance to run the numbers up.

We dont really know if people would buy them or not but CLB merch sold out really fast we just dont know how much they really had in stock.
